I have downloaded the video from a website and its in quicktime format. The videos are saved on ''My Documents'' on my computer. I want to insert them to my personal blog, What do i do to get the quicktime video on my website?

I’m trying to upload a video to youtube but my videos r in quicktime format and the videos wont upload and im guessing its because youtube videos r in flash does anyone know how to convert a quicktime video from quicktime to flash?
