Merge or Join M2TS files on iPad 2 from JVC HD camcorder
Want to join several segments of .m2ts files into one for enjoying on iPad 2? How to achieve it without any decoding or loss of quality? Once I was baffled, the hassle has gone away from me. I found a tool M2TS Video editor, is capable of video joining or merging function. Here, I would like to share my experience on how to join M2TS files and transfer the longer segments to iPad 2 for enjoyment.
Firstly, backup M2TS files from JVC camcorders to PC.
Then, load the M2TS merging or joining program. Click "Add File" to the program. Of course, you can add several clips once. Choose them and right click to find the option of "Merge" to join these files. Then you can get the longer file with the total time-length of segments.
Tips: The most outstanding feature is that the program enables you to convert almost any video to iPad 2. You need do this to realize it: Select the longer file name->Click the drop drown menu under the "Profile" field, choose one of them video format like H.264 or MPEG-4 under the iPad.
Don't forget to click the button on the right bottom. Hit it to launch the conversion. When the converting process is done, just transfer the file to iPad 2 and enjoy movies on the go.
